Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in penalties, account suspension, or immediate termination from the agency.

Agency Registration & Interview

About Us: Hollah is a video chat app without limits. We serve users from all over the world and provide an amazing platform for hostesses to earn and for you to strengthen your team.

Anchor Registration & Interview Process:

Information Submission: Provide your details such as nickname, real avatar photo, personal photos, and hobbies.
Environment Preparation: Ensure you are in an environment with good network and sufficient light.
Interview Verification: You will receive a video call to verify your identity. Please show your whole face and introduce yourself.
Tips: If you reject or miss the interview call more than 3 times, you cannot register as an anchor.

Commission Structure & Examples

Agency Invitation: Log into your Agency Dashboard, copy your invite link, and share it. Hosts who download via your link register under you automatically.

Basic Call Commission: Agent commission ratio is determined by the total earnings of your hostesses and sub-agents in the last week.

Regional Rates: Specific regions like Philippines, Vietnam, Latam, and Russia may have different tiered commission structures or limited bonuses up to 30%.

Calculation Example: Your total commission is calculated from your direct hostesses plus the tier difference from your sub-agencies.

Withdrawal Process & Time Table

Weekly Withdrawals: Agencies can withdraw their amount every week.

Settlement Period: Settlement is based on Monday to Sunday (IST).

Process: Log into the agency owner account every Monday. Go to Me -> My Earning -> Cash Out. Input your USDT address and submit.

Important Timing:

Withdrawal time is before 9:30 every Monday in Indian Time (GMT+5:30). Withdrawals made after this time will be processed the following week.

Host Rules & Regulations (Violations and Penalties)

General Violations

False Profiles: Using a false photo or changing the person on camera. Penalty: Account termination & coins wiped.
Sharing Contact Info: Sharing WhatsApp/Phone/Facebook more than 10 times in IM. Penalty: Account termination. Less than 10 times results in escalating coin deductions (2,000 to 10,000+).
Bad Attitude in Private Calls: Escalating coin deductions from 2,000 to 10,000 per offense.
Live Streaming Violations: Not showing full face. Repeated offenses lead to deductions, traffic limitations (up to 12 hours), and eventually login prohibition.

Strict Anchor Prohibitions

Refusing/Missing Calls: Missing, rejecting, or hanging up calls leads to traffic limitations ranging from 5 mins up to 24 hours. Black screens over 5s also limit traffic.
Sexual & Explicit Content: Nudity, see-through clothing, sexual gestures, explicit language, or asking for money for explicit acts are strictly banned.
Minors: Underage hosts (under 18) or showing minors on camera is prohibited.
Violence, Weapons & Gore: Displaying firearms, knives, violent behavior, or self-harm is forbidden.
Drugs, Alcohol & Smoking: Using illegal drugs, consuming alcohol, or smoking/vaping on camera is not allowed.
Sensitive Politics/Religion: Political speech, promoting separatism, or religious hate is banned.
Privacy & Impersonation: Sharing others' personal info, impersonating staff/celebrities, or playing pre-recorded videos.
